If our measurements differ from what you submitted we will replace the garment with a new one absolutely free of charge on return of the old garment for us to check, as these garments are custom made specially for you we do not provide refunds, this also applies for pre-set sized(ready-sizes) suits as they too are custom made once ordered, the customer has to ship at our contact address at their cost.

It is always advisable to place group orders together so that we can use fabrics from the same batch, fabrics do differ from batch to batch. We are not responsible if any fabric goes out of stock, we will email you if any order is placed and we do not have adequate stocks, this applies for single orders.

No claims will be valid if multiple orders are placed for the same fabric and we are not able to fulfill all or any one of them, we will always refund for garments if production for the same has not started.

Once you complete your order, and given there are no garment measurements or payment delays, it will take about 14 days in production and 5-7 business days in shipping. We do our best to make sure you receive your order within 3-4 weeks, but cannot guarantee this as delays in shipping or production may impact this timeline.

Please be advised that due to the artisanal nature of Ankara and other locally produced fabrics in Ghana, slight variations in color, pattern placement, and print details may occur between products. These differences are a natural part of the production process and reflect the manufacturers’ ongoing efforts to protect their original designs from duplication, particularly by foreign entities.

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that such variations are not considered defects. Kustom Looks shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction related to these variations. Each item is unique and reflects the authenticity of Ghanaian textile craftsmanship.
