Our embroidered hand sewn dashikis are inspired by concepts and aphorisms found in native Adinkra symbols orginating from Ghana. The adinkra symbols are used to convey traditional messages, inspiration, maxims, wisdom and proverbs about life, love and the environment.

Our dashikis and kaftans are made from all natural cotton. Every garment in our collection is one of a kind and can be altered as required for people who are in between sizes.

You can customize your design by adding personal text, color image or logo to this garment. Please note not all text or logos are appropriate for digital embroidery. Images and logos can be emailed to kustomlooks@gmail.com for consideration and analysis prior to production of your order.

These designs are available in numerous color combination of plain colors with hand sewn embroidery.

Standard Production time is 15 days.

Materials: all natural cotton. Dry clean suggested. Wash in cold water. Avoid dryer usage, suggested air dry with low heat ironing.

Cancellation
Orders that are canceled prior to printing will be subject to a Cancellation Fee based on the total order value. Cancellations will not be accepted once designs have been ordered or printed. Cancellation fees are 10% of the order value.

Returns
To return a Kustom Looks product:

You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at kustomlooks@gmail.com and make a request for an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What cannot be returned:

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between designs and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please email us at kustomlooks@gmail.com.

We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at kustomlooks@gmail.com within 7 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
